Technical support is provided to all licensees and includes assistance in software installation and operations.

Additional technical support services are available on a time-and-materials basis, or through quick start program which include on-demand site visits and mentoring on-demand. Our technical Support Subscription Service is one of the most comprehensive software maintenance plans in the industry. The program provides extensive coverage that goes beyond the basic warranty, enabling you to receive technical assistance, maximizing and protecting the value of your software investment. Customers on the program will receive direct access to technical support specialists for assistance with installation and product functionality, and technical support via email, fax and the website.

In addition, we offer software support either contractually or on a fee-for-service basis, which includes the following:

1.       software product documentation for download online;

2.       access to officially supported service packs for download;

3.       phone support/e-mail/web support after the first 90 days from date of purchase;

4.       knowledge base including tutorials, downloads, additions, Frequently-Asked-Questions.
