Enggsoft’s intellectual property includes technical know-how, proprietary formula, patents and best-known-method for productivity technology. Enggsoft protects its proprietary software with trade secret laws and internal nondisclosure safeguards, as well as copyrights and contractual restrictions on copying, disclosure and transferability that are incorporated into its software license agreements.  

Enggsoft uses a variety of trademarks with its products. Management believes the following are material to its business: 

ENGGSOFT™ is a registered trademark used in connection with virtually all of Enggsoft’s technology, solutions, and products;

ACAM™ and ACAM-ENGINEER™ are registered trademark and is used in connection with Enggsoft’s CAD/CAM technology, solutions, and products; 

STAR-ENGINEER™ and PowerSTAR™ are registered trademark used in connection with Enggsoft’s productivity technology, solutions, and products on all platforms; 

ROBUST-ENGINEER™ is a registered trademark used in connection with Enggsoft’s optimization technology, solutions, and products on all platforms; 

enggCAD™ and enggPaper™ are a registered trademark and is used in connection with Enggsoft’s CADCAM technology, solutions, and products;

enggZone™ is a registered trademark used in connection with Enggsoft’s trusted and secured computing technology, solutions, and products on all platforms.
